Zebra onecare portfolio Go-to-market
Zebra’s OneCare portfolio was already on the market…but no one was buying it. Why? No one understood what the f**k it was. Zebra asked us to create messaging that was simple and strategic.
In the process, we uncovered a positioning problem, too. Originally positioned as “Support & Services,” Zebra’s global support and service portfolios had grown so large by this time that it no longer meant anything for OneCare.
Though it wasn’t part of the scope, we advised them to play in a subcategory that would be immediately understood by its target audience. And so, Zebra OneCare Support & Services was reborn as Zebra OneCare Maintenance Plans. Ahh, that’s better.
